A consultation is $60.00 USD. (Non-refundable)

What does my consultation include?

You will receive a personalized protocol based on the information you provide in the Client Questionnaire, consisting of 3 parts:

  1. Supplementation Recommendations.

  2. Dietary Recommendations.

  3. Lifestyle Recommendations.

How do I get started?
  1. Fill out the client questionnaire (see below). Information provided to The Health Nerd.com will NOT be shared with any third parties.
  2. Pay the non-refundable consultation fee. Secure online payment is processed by PayPal - no PayPal account required, only your credit card.
  3. Based on the information that you provide, an evaluation will be done and a personalized protocol will be designed. You will receive your protocol within 3 business days.
